DESCRIPTION:Church Council Monthly Meeting\nThe Church Council of Paradise 
 Lutheran Church meets monthly to provide leadership\, oversight\, and pray
 erful discernment for our congregation’s mission and ministries. These m
 eetings are a time for us to review the business of the church\, manage ou
 r resources responsibly\, and plan for our shared future in Paradise.\nOur
  council members are committed to transparency and the spiritual well-bein
 g of our community as we work together to live out our call to follow Chri
 st.\n\n\n\n\nMeeting Details\n\n 	\nLocation: Church Conference Room\n\n 	
 \nFrequency: Every 2nd Thursday of the month\n\n 	\nTime: 3:30 PM\n\n\nAge
 nda Overview\n\n 	\nMinistry Reports: Updates from our various committees 
 and staff.\n\n 	\nFinancial Stewardship: Review of the monthly budget and 
 facility needs.\n\n 	\nStrategic Planning: Discernment regarding upcoming 
 seasonal events and long-term goals.\n\n 	\nMember Concerns: Addressing th
 e needs and feedback of our congregation.\n\n\nInvolvement &amp\; Transpar
 ency\nCouncil meetings are generally open to members of the congregation.
